Valves for Tippers
Tipping valves are used to control the tipping unit responsible for lifting and lowering of the body in a truck.
The raising and lowering of the body has to be controlled precisely for seamless operation. To achieve this, we design and manufacture our valves to the highest degree of precision, leveraging our inhouse world-class honing facility.
We specialize in a variety of tipping valves suitable for different mounting requirements and flow rate. We have developed valves ranging from 30 L/min to 250 L/min for a variety of mounting methods namely: Front End, Under Body, Cylinder mounted, Tank mounted and Remote mounted.
Based on customer requirement, we can provide these valves with the following actuation methods: hydraulic operated, Pneumatic operated or solenoid operated.
