Manufacturing
Machining Facility
Our plant is built to address the growing global demand for rotary joints and hydraulic rotary actuators and electric sliprings. Capacity upgrades and modernisation programs ensure we scale ahead of customer requirements.
Precision machining is carried out using CNC turning, CNC milling, honing, burnishing, and grinding. These processes ensure the dimensional accuracy necessary to maintain consistent performance under demanding operating conditions.

Assembly & Testing
Flexible manufacturing techniques allow us to adapt to varying market demands without compromising delivery schedules. Automated assembly lines and mechanised testing systems are integrated to ensure repeatability and reliability.
Every unit is tested before dispatch. 100% validation safeguards field performance and reduces downtime for end users.
Oil Cleanliness
Hydraulic system life is directly linked to oil cleanliness. We maintain stringent contamination control throughout assembly using a six-stage automated component washing and continuous oil filtration.
Real-time monitoring through online particulate counters and sensors ensures compliance with required cleanliness levels. Millipore testing and independent third-party validation reinforce process integrity.
